On the 5th June it was Arbor
Day. Our class got two Nikau trees to plant in the School forest. Dean helped
us plant our Nikau trees and we each took turns to help soil around the them.
Room 6 is learning about helping
plants survive at Grey Lynn School. We also have our own
vegetable garden in front of our classroom so come and have a look!
Great planting Room 6. You all look very busy. Room 11 also had lots of fun planting trees on the bank behind the school with Dean and Patsi, they were very muddy afterwards. I hope you take some photos of your vegetable plants as they grow.
